Spadea NS-252; 1950s; Norman Hartnell moulds a sunback sheath that fits like a dream and only five basic pieces to the pattern. The wide shoulder straps are cut in one with the bodice, which has surplice folds across the front, topped with a large button. The wide contrast belt buckles in back.
