New Idea 4285

Standard Designer 4285; ©1919; Elizabeth E. Martin Standard New Idea Designer - Ladies' and Misses' Smock in Two Styles (Long or Short Raglan Sleeves)

This dress, smock or jacket is shown in two lengths, with or without a belt, with long or short raglan sleeves gathered above the band and patch pockets. It has a collar that widens over the shoulder and is square in back like a short version of a sailor collar. There is a small area of smocking detail in the center back below the collar and on each side in front. View A is a long sleeve, short smock or long jacket without belt with contrasting collar and patch pockets. View B is the same a view A, but all of one fabric. View C is a short sleeve dress or smock in a mid-calf length with a buttoned belt below waistline.
