Stretch & Sew 1577; ©1986; Hip Yoke Dress, Skirt & Blouse.  Dresses and blouses feature long full, cuffed sleeves and pleats on forward shoulder seam and sleeve cap.  View A has a V-neck with self or contrast collar, buttons down the front and may be made as a blouse or as a dress with an elasticized waist.  Views B, C, D and E are pullover styles that may be made as a blouse, hip-yoke dress, or a chemise-style dress with pleated skirt attached to a dropped waistline.  View B has a V-neckline with self or contrast collar; View C, a square neckline; View D, an oval neckline.  View E, a jewel neckline with button loop closure at the back.  View F skirt features an encased elastic waistline on a hip yoke attached to a pleated skirt.
