Stretch & Sew 1580; ©1977; Peasant Dress. The Peasant Dress is a loose-fitting garment that can be made in tunic (View A), floor-length (View B) or midcalf (View C) versions. The neckline and sleeves are gathered by elastic drawn through a casing. Views A and B feature a neckline slash and ties. The pattern includes both long and short sleeves and an optional tie belt.
