Stretch & Sew 1756; ©1981; Men's Shirt.  View A and B feature a pointed collar and a pocket, long sleeves with square two-button cuffs or short sleeves.  View C gives a more formal look with a square French collar, French cuffs and no pocket.  View D has a French collar and French cuffs made of contrasting fabric.  Options include collar stays, back waistline darts and shirttail or straight hemlines.
