Stretch & Sew 326; ©1990; Shirt Blouses. Blouses have a collar with collar stand, back yoke, front patch pockets, shirttail hem and optional shoulder pads. Backs are either softly gathered or have a topstitched pleat at center back. Collar and pockets feature optional purchased trim. Long sleeves have a buttoned placket and cuff. Short sleeves are hemmed. View A has a plain front placket. View B has a hidden front placket with optional trim.
