Stretch & Sew 353; ©1989; Victorian Blouse.  These blouses have princess-line styling in front and back, choice of flared or straight peplum, buttons up the back and have shoulder pads.  View A:  Features lace V-Overlay on front with lace trim around edge of V.  V-Overlay can be from lace yardage or from lace and self-fabric strips serged together with ribbon or lace trim.  Blouse has lace-trimmed stand-up collar and full, puffed sleeves with sleeve headers.  Sleeves taper to the wrist.  View B: Features self-fabric V-Overlay on front with lace trim around edge of V.  Blouse has lace trimmed stand-up collar and full, puffed sleeves with sleeve headers.  Sleeves taper to the wrist.  View C:  Features a faced round neckline and short or long straight sleeves that taper to the wrist.
