Stretch & Sew 398; ©1990; Southwestern Pullovers.  These pullovers are embellished with fringe or appliques and have a crew neck or mock turtleneck. Garments are ribbed at lower edge and have long sleeves with ribbed cuffs or hemmed short sleeves. View A has fringe with concho ties on front and back. Fringe may be cut from suede or suede-like fabric or purchased fringe may be used. View B has a desert scene appliqued on front. Applique edges can be stitched or painted. View C has diamond-shapes appliqued on front. Applique edges can be stitched or painted. Concho ties, rhinestones and studs may be added as embellishments.
