Style 1988

Style 1988; ©1967; Misses' Cape: Cape without side seams has side panels with hand openings in the front seams. View A unlined cape has high collar on neckband, buttoned front tabs and top-stitched trim on seams. View B or C lined cape has mandarin type collar and frog fasteners. View B has optional beaded collar trim. View C has ornamental front chain.

Suggested fabrics: Woollens, tweeds, flannel, linen and rayons. View B or C also in silk, satin, brocade and faille. Additional notions required: Matching thread and bias seam binding (optional). View A – two coat hooks, press fastener, two 3/8” buttons and four 5/8” buttons. View B – two frog fasteners and hook. View C – two frog fasteners and one ornamental chain fastening hook. The pattern has 12 pieces and 1 instruction sheet.
