Style 2139; ©1978; Misses' Dress: Dress has side zipper fastening. The scooped neckline for View 1, and "off-the-shoulder" frill for View 2 are elasticized to form self ruffles. View 1 has long raglan type sleeves elasticized and ruffled at wrists. The skirt is cut in three tiers and attached to bodice at waistline seam. The second and third tiers are gathered; with the third tier being applied to form self ruffle. View 1 is worn with purchased belt. View 2 is completed with purchased ribbon and flower trim.
