Style 2141

Style 2141; 1970s; High-waisted dress, fastened at back with zipper, has round neckline with front split. The "all-in-one" bodice side and sleeves are bias cut and have no shoulder seams. The flared five-gore skirt has soft tucks at the front. View 2 features contrast fabric for front and back bodice and skirt band. Both views are trimmed with braid and rick-rack.

Suggested fabrics include cotton, rayon, poplin, crepe, wool/cotton blends, shantung, silk, crepe de chine, wool crepe, wool/georgette, jersey and synthetics. View 2 also in cotton, satin, surah, pongee and silk twill.

Notions required: thread, 22" zipper, 1/2" wide braid, rick-rack.

The pattern has 9 pieces and 1 instruction sheet.
