Vogue Americana 1140; ca. 1974; Oscar de La Renta - Misses' Dress. Dress, in below knee or evening length, has bodice gathered at front to flared skirt and underskirt, flared cape attached to oval front and V-back neckline, cutaway armholes, back zipper closing and self tie sash.
