Vogue Americana 1211; ca. mid 1970s; Chuck Howard - Misses' Jacket, Skirt, Top & Shorts. Loose-fitting, unlined jacket has pointed collar on wide, shaped neckband, patch pockets, side seam slits, short epaulet sleeves with turn back cuffs or full-length epaulet sleeves pleated into button cuffs, front-buttoned closing and top-stitch trim. Mid-knee length, A-line skirt has center front inverted pleat stitched and released above hipline, slanted pockets, waistband with applied front tab and button trim, and back zipper closing, and top-stitch trim. Bermuda length shorts with cuffs or short shorts have slanted pockets, buttoned waistband mock fly front closing and top-stitch trim. Close-fitting pullover top (for Stretchable Sweater Knits Only) has contrast standing necktrim, cutaway armholes with band trim, and back zipper closing.
