Vogue Paris Original 1224; ©1953; Jacques Fath - ONE-PIECE DRESS. Straight skirt joins the bodice at higher than normal waist-line in front, gradually coming to deep point in back. Lap seamed bodice gives a bolero effect. Shaped wide neck-line. Button trim in front below bow pulled through buttonhole. Short kimono sleeves with cuffs. This dress was part of the Spring/Summer 1953 by Jacques Fath and was called "St-Charles".
