Vogue's Basic Design 1247; ca. 1982; MISSES' SKIRT. All have waistbands, lined yokes and back zippers. A and B: Straight skirt, 2" (5cm] below mid-knee or evening length, has side pockets. B: back vent. C and D: mock, side-buttoned closing. C, D and E: lower calf length. C and D: right side pocket. C and E: flared. D: slightly flared. D and E: carriers, shaped waistband. E: gored and side pockets.
