Dress, mid knee, or evening length, has bias neck, bodice and sleeve bands, shoulder puffs, fitted, low waist bodice with side panels (no side seams), back zipper, slightly flared skirt with attached under ruffle and above elbow length sleeves with cuffs. A contrast. Purchased ribbon sash.
