Vogue Paris Original 1298; ©1955; Patou - One-Piece Dress and Jacket. The slim skirt joins the bodice back at waist-line. V neck-line has extension band finish, with pointed end slipped through openings and buttoned. Diagonal welt pockets. Short and three-quarter length set-in sleeves. Double breasted fitted jacket with draped revers from the loose band collar. Long and short sleeves cut in one with the shoulder yokes.
