Dress, below mid-calf or above ankle, has collar on band or collar band, slightly dropped shoulders, very loose-fitting, blouson bodice, back pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, pockets with button flaps, flared skirt, side pockets and long sleeves pleated into link button cuffs. Narrow hem. Optional purchased cuff links.
