Vogue American Designer 1495; ca. 1976; Carol Horn - Misses' Blouse, Pants, Skirt, Vest & Shawl. Loose-fitting, slightly flared, pullover hip length top (can be worn as tuck-in or overblouse) has drawstring neckline and full-length raglan sleeves. Topstitching. Wide, straight-legged pants have elasticized waistline and pockets in side seams. Drindl skirt, four inches (10cm) below mid-knee or slightly below mid-calf length, with front and back gathered to narrow waistbands that extend into self tie ends, has upper slits that overlap at sides. Back ties at front; front ties at back. Narrow hems and topstitching. Semi-fitted vest, slightly below waistline length, has round neckline and extended shoulders. Contrast lining, bias trim and center front self tie ends. (Vest does not meet at center front.) Square shawl.
