Loose-fitting, slightly flared dress (without side seams), three inches below mid-knee, ankle or floor length, has shaped neckband, front neckline slit and front and back shoulder tucks. Front is gathered into neckband. Bell-shaped sleeves are pleated at cap. With or without self belt holding in fullness at waistline. Topstitch trim.
