Vogue Couturier Design 1550; ca. 1965; John Cavanagh of London - Evening Dress and Coat. Street length, fitted eveing dress has bias bodice with wide V decollete neckline and straight-grained shoulder straps.  Bias skirt is eased under self banding at waist.  Dress has attached slip with foundation.  Coat has three-quarter length kimono sleeves with sleeve gusset.  Inverted, unpressed pleats fall from trim-stitched lifted waistline.
