Lined, evening length dress, close-fitting bustline, has narrow shoulder straps, slightly flared skirt with or without attached circular ruffle. Loose-fitting and flared, below-hip length jacket (for double-edged scalloped lace or sheer fabrics) has slightly flared full-length sleeves and round neckline with ribbon neckband that extends into tie ends. French seaming. Hand appliqued hems for lace.
