Vogue Paris Original 1556; ca. mid to late 1970s; Givenchy - Misses' Dress, Tunic and Pants. Evening length dress or tunic, four inches below mid-knee, with loose-fitting blouson bodice, has pointed self-lined hood, extended shoulders, front zipper closing and deep side hemline slits. Wide sleeves, three inches below elbow length, are set into square armholes. Bodice and skirt are pleated into waistline seam. Self tie belt with hand-worked tassels. Straight-legged pants have elasticized waistline.
