Vogue American Designer Original 1580; ca. mid to late 1970s; Jerry Silverman - Dress and Jumper. Loose-fitting, A-line dress, 3" below mid-knee, with front gathered into one-piece yoke, has notched collar, front-buttoned closing, front and back waistline dart-tucks and side hemline vests. Full-length sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Narrow self belt. Loose-fitting, front-wrapped jumper, 3½" below mid-knee, has slightly extended shoulders, V-neckline with neckbands extending into buttoned belt, pockets in side seams, front above-waistline tucks and back waistline tucks. Topstitching. NOTE: two type of construction are offered for jumper: 1. designer techniques for synthetic leather and suede fabrics. 2. conventional contruction.
