Vogue Couturier Design 1611; ca. 1966; Michael of London - Two-Piece Dress. Sleeveless tunic dress with high wide neckline has bodice with bias front and back sections, gathered in back at lowered waistline forming a blouson effect. Front seams of long tunic have welt trim; bias half belt at low line in back, ties at natural waistline in front. Skirt of lining fabric has lower band of self or contrast fabric.
