Vogue 1630; ca. mid to late 1970s; MISSES' DRESS. Dress, three inches (7.5cm) below mid-knee or evening length, with side bodice slits (front and back bodices do not meet at sides when tied), has shoulder and side bodice self tie ends, pockets in side seams and hemline ruffle. Attached overskirt, with deep side slits, has elasticized waistline forming self ruffle at upper edge. With or without cutwork embroidery trim on front bodice. Straight or machine zig-zag topstitch trim. NOTE: Pattern contains two sets of non-reusable heat set transfers for cutwork embroidery.
