Vogue Paris Original 1652; ca. mid to late 1970s; Nina Ricci - Misses' Jacket, Skirt, Pants and Shorts. Semi-fitted, partially lined, hip-length jacket, with side front and side back seaming (no side seams), has notched collar, shoulder pads, front-buttoned closing, patch pockets, short sleeves with turn-back cuffs and center back vent. Loose-fitting, sleeveless shirt has pointed collar-on-band, front-buttoned band closing, patch pocket and flat-fell seaming. Straight-legged pants or shorts, one inch above mid-knee, with front pleated into front-buttoned waistband with carriers, have mock fly front zipper closing and side slanted pockets. Shorts have turn-back cuffs. Top-stitching. Purchased belt.
