Vogue Paris Original 1675; ca. 1967; Yves Saint Laurent - Coat. Semi-fitted, double breasted A-line coat with above waistline seam has pointed rolled collar and pockets in side front seams. Full-length sleeves have cuffs with button and buttonhole trim. Top-stitch trim.
Featured in Vogue Pattern Book December 1968/January 1969, but based on number sequence should be a 1967 pattern
