Vogue American Designer 1683; ca. mid to late 1970s; Jerry Silverman - Misses' Dress and Shawl. Pullover dress, three inches below mid-knee or floor length, fitted through bustline, has shoulder straps and pockets in side seams. Overlapped front bodice and skirt and upper edge of bodice have self or contrast bias binding. Elasticized waistline forms blouson bodice. Self tie belt. Triangular shawl has contrast bias binding.
