Vogue's Basic Design 1715; ©1986; Misses' Dress. Dress, below mid-knee or lower calf, has semi-fitted, dropped waist, shaped bodice, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, straight or flared skirt with pleats, side zipper and cap sleeves with or without bands, or long sleeves. A, B, C: narrow hem. C: contrast. C, D: collar. D, E: back slit.
