Vogue American Designer 1718; late 1970s; Bill Blass - Misses' Dress. Loose-fitting pullover dress, three inches below mid-knee or ankle length, with front gathered into side-buttoned inset and back gathered into back neckband, has pockets in side front seams. Full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. With or without front gathers and buttoned belt holding in fullness at waistline. With or without square scarf. Topstitching.
