Vogue Paris Original 1723; ca. 1978; Emanuel Ungaro - Misses' Dress and Jacket. Dress, four inches (10cm) below mid-knee or evening length, with skirt gathered into semi-fitted high-waisted bodice, has front and back square neckline, one-piece yokes, front button and loop closing in bodice, front zipper closing in skirt and pockets in side seams. Full, full-length sleeves, gathered at cap and set into square cutaway armholes, have elasticized wrists. Purchased braid trim. Loose-fitting, quilted jacket, slightly below-waist length, with contrast or self backing and bias binding has V-neckline, shoulder yokes, side front and side back seaming (no side seams) and short kimono sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Purchased braid trim at neckline extends into tie ends. Flat-fell seaming. Instructions are given for quilting jacket.
