Vogue 1733

Vogue's Basic Design 1733; ©1986; Misses' Dress. Dress, below mid-knee or lower calf, has notched collar, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, fitted bodice, straight or flared skirt, side zipper and cap or 3/4 sleeves or long sleeves with pleats and button cuffs. A,B,C: peplum (narrow hem) with hook and eye closing and back hemline slit. D,E: stitched hem. Purchased belt.
