Vogue American Designer 1744; ca. late 1970s; Albert Nipon - Misses' Dress. Loose-fitting dress, four inches below mid-knee or evening length, has oval neckline, front and back pin tucks released below waistline, back zipper closing and full-length sleeves gathered at cap with elasticized wrists. Purchased belt and scarf.
