Vogue American Designer 1745; ca. 1978; Albert Nipon - Misses' Top and Skirt. Semi-fitted, above-hip length top has notched collar, narrow lapels, front and back pin tucks, front-buttoned closing, bias self ruffle trim and elbow or full-length sleeves gathered into button and self loop band. Edgestitching. Self belt holds in fullness at waistline. Skirt, four inches (10cm) below mid-knee or evening length with front pleated into self lined yoke, has pockets in side seams and back zipper closing. Topstitching.
