Vogue American Designer 1746; ca. 1978; Albert Nipon - Misses' Top and Skirt. Semi-fitted, slightly flared top has deep scooped neckline front and back pin tucks, princess seaming and shaped narrow neckband with attached tie ends. Front buttoned closing and full length sleeves gathered at lower edge. Full skirt is appropriate for border prints below mid knee or evening length, tucked and gathered with side zipper opening.
