Vogue American Designer 1747; ca. late 1970s; Albert Nipon - Misses' Dress. Semi-fitted, slightly shaped dress, three inches below mid-knee length, with inside front and back bodice tucks released above waistline, has high fitting bustline, square neckline, neckband, front-buttoned closing, pockets in side seams and seven-eighths length sleeves. Attached self tie ends hold in fullness at back.
