Vogue Paris Original 1750; ca. 1978; Pierre Balmain - Misses' Coat, Skirt and Blouse. Loose-fitting, lined coat, four inches (10cm) below mid-knee with front and back gathered into yoke has forward shoulder seams, shoulder pads, pointed collar on shaped band, front-buttoned closing, upper front buttoned flap trim, lower front welt pockets with buttoned flaps and side hemline slits. Full-length sleeves with placket are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Topstitching. Loose-fitting blouse with front and back gathered into yoke has forward shoulder seams, foldover collar extending into tie ends, front buttoned band closing and full-length sleeves with placket gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs. Slightly A-line, lined skirt, four inches (10cm) below mid-knee, with front gathered into waistband has forward side seams with inside pockets and back zipper closing. Purchased belt.
