Vogue Paris Original 1762; ca. 1967; Grès - Coat and One-Piece Dress. Full coat with fly-front closing has Puritan collar and seven-eighths length sleeves. Contrast collar, pocket flap and sleeve facings. Optional top-stitch trim. Slim dress with mock front opening, has three-quarter length sleeves with gussets. Self bias banding and top-stitch trim. Patch pockets.
