Vogue 1779

Vogue Paris Original 1779; ca. mid to late 1970s; Emanuel Ungaro - Misses' Robe. Very loose-fitting, contrast lined-to-edge robe, evening or two inches (5 cm) above mid-knee length, with front, back and sleeves gathered into front and back round neckline yoke has front button and loop closing, side hemline slits (to above hip length), shaped hemline and deep cut seven-eighths length sleeves open under the arm. Purchased novelty braid trim. Straight-legged pants (contrast fabric) have waistband, pockets, in side seams and back zipper closing.
