V1806

Vogue French Boutique 1806; ca. late 1970s; Christian Aujard - Misses' Blouse, Vest and Skirt. Very loose-fitting blouse with front, back and sleeves gathered into pointed collar, has front buttoned band closing and full-length, deep raglan sleeves gathered into narrow buttoned cuffs with self ruffle trim. Semi-fitted, lined-to-edge vest (no side seams), above waist length has round neckline (vest will meet at center front). Skirt, mid-calf or evening length, with front and back unpressed pleats pleated into wide waistband, has pockets in forward side seams and back zipper closing. Foldover braid trim on vest and corded hemline tucks and middy braid trim on skirt.
