Vogue Paris Original 1815; ca. 1967; Molyneux - One-Piece Dress. Straight, step-in shirt dress has button front opening. Detachable contrast bias collar. Three-quarter length sleeves have detachable contrast cuffs with buttons and buttonhole trim. Purchased or self belt.
