Vogue Couturier Design 1828; ca. 1967; Belinda Bellville - One-Piece Evening Dress. Fitted bias bodice with princess seaming has cut-away armholes and oval neckline; above waistline in front. Scalloped bias tiers attached to underskirt. Purchased ribbon tie belt. Model is Celia Hammond.

Featured in Vogue Pattern Book October/November 1967, and in Vogue Pattern Book International, Winter 1967.
