Vogue's Basic Designer 1832; ©1987; Misses' Blouse. Loose-fitting blouse has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front pleats, back-button closing and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with button cuffs. A,B: collar and contrast. C,D,E: mock neckband. D: contrast inset.

Suggested fabrics: Silk-like Jacquards, Damask, Tissue Faille and Handkerchief Linen, Lace for Contrast. A – Unsuitable for obvious diagonals
