Vogue American Designer 1842; ©1987; Albert Nipon - Misses' Top & Skirt. Loose-fitting, pullover top has contrast collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front band, hem band, and above elbow or long sleeves with bands. Purchased tie and flower. B: contrast bands. Straight or flared skirt, below mid-knee or above ankle, has waistband and side zipper. A: front and back pleats and narrow hem. B: front pleats.
