Vogue American Designer 1849; ca. 1979; Albert Nipon - Misses' Dress. Loose-fitting dress, four incese below mid-knee or evening length, has oval neckline, bodice front, outside tucks, pockets in side seams, back zipper closing and bias hemline ruffle. Short flared sleeves with slits have bow trim and ruffle at lower edge. With or without self belt. Single layer triangle scarf.
