Vogue 1851; ca. 1970s; MISSES' DRESS; FOR STRETCHABLE KNITS ONLY.  Loose-fitting, pullover dress, four inches below mid-knee or evening length, with front and back gathered into narrow Neckband extending into tie ends has ovalneckline, center front neckline slit, pockets in side seams and above-elbow length or three-quarter length sleeves elasticized at lower edge.  Maybe worn with or without self belt with attached narrow tie ends.  Topstitching.
