Vogue American Designer Original 1853; ca. late 1970s; Diane von Furstenberg - Misses' Dress. For Stretchable Knits Only. Front wrap dress, three inches below mid-knee, has fitted bodice, V-neckline, neckline bands, pockets in side seams, attached tie ends holding in fullness at waistline and above elbow length sleeves gathered into buttoned bands or full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Topstitch trim.

Suggested Fabrics: Use stretchable knits such as cotton knits, synthetic single knits and lightweight double knits.

The envelope flap reads: “Diane von Furstenberg is definitely the designer star of stars. Her approach to design is based on femininity and practicality… there is no better combo! Find femininity and wearability in all she does!”
