Vogue American Designer 1869; ca. 1979; Don Sayres - Misses' Jacket and Belt, Shirt, Pants and Handkerchief. Loose-fitting, lined, slightly below-hip length jacket has notched collar, one piece yoke, dropped shoulders, front-buttoned closing, patch pockets, self belt carriers and topstitch trim. Full-length sleeves (may be worn pushed up) are pleated into buttoned cuffs. Self tie belt holds in fullness at waistline. Loose-fitting, pullover shirt with back pleated into one piece self lined yoke has round neckline, pointed convertible collar, front-buttoned band closing and topstitch trim. Full-length sleeves are pleated into buttoned cuffs. Square handkerchief has narrow hems. Straight-legged pants with front tucked into waistband have mock fly front zipper closing, side front slanted pockets and self belt carriers. Topstitch trim. Purchased belt.
