Vogue American Designer 1895; ca. 1978; Edith Head - Misses' Dress and Stole. Loose-fitting, pullover dress, four inches below mid-knee or evening length has elasticized neckline (may be worn on or off shoulders), partially elasticized self-drawstring at waistline, pockets in side seams and short or full-length sleeves elasticized at lower edge. Narrow hem. Single layer rectangular stole. Topstitching.
